Who is Klarna?

Klarna, founded in 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden; is the leading global payments and shopping service, providing smarter and more flexible shopping and purchase experiences.  They provide interest free finance to the consumer for more convenient payment options.

What Payment Options are there?

Klarna offer Pay Later in 30 days, or split payments 3 installments over 3 months.  The options available to the consumer are dependent on order value and your financial circumstances.

How does Pay in 30 Days work?

At checkout, simply select Klarna Pay Later in 30 days.  You must be 18 years + and eligible for this option. Once the order is processed, Klarna will email you the details, no upfront payment is required.  Once we activate your order and ship this out, your payment period will start.  You can easily manage and view details in the Klarna App.

How does Pay in Installments work?

At checkout, if your order is eligible you will be shown the option to spread the cost over 3 equal interest-fee payments subject to eligibility.  The cost and schedule will be shown once selected.  The first payment is due when you place your order.  You can easily manage and view details in the Klarna App.

Will I be charged interest?

Klarna payment options are interest free.

Will a Credit Search be made against me?

Klarna may run soft credit searches that do not affect credit ratings and are only visible to you and Klarna, not other lenders.
